Subscriptions
1. Benefits and access to videos are guaranteed for the entire duration of the subscription.
2. You can cancel a subscription at any time (see Cancellation section). The subscription will end at the end of the current period. For example, for a monthly subscription with renewal on the 12th of the month, the subscription will end on the next 12th of the month if the request is made at least 5 days before that date. For an annual subscription, it will end on the corresponding day and month at the end of the current year.
3. All renewals are automatic and pre-authorized when you complete the subscription form. No banking data is stored. A secure organization (PayPal or Stripe) handles the recurring transaction.
4. The Tech Course is not responsible for reminding you of renewals. A refund request is possible within 30 days (see Refund section).
Cancellation
1. A cancellation request must be made at least 5 days before the renewal of the subscription. It is still possible to cancel after this period, but we cannot guarantee the subscription will be stopped before the renewal. In this case, the cancellation will require a refund.
2. A cancellation request must be made through one of the following communication methods:
- By email at [email protected]
- By phone at 1800-811-2553
3. A cancellation request must include:
- The subscriber’s first and last name
- The subscriber’s email address
- The name of the subscription to be canceled or the name of the related product
4. No justification is necessary.
5. Every cancellation request is confirmed by a confirmation email. Without this confirmation and without a response from us within 48 hours, the cancellation request is considered not received or invalid. We advise you to repeat your request if this happens.
Refund
1. A refund request must be made within 30 days of the payment or renewal date to be refunded.
2. A refund request must be made through one of the following communication methods:
- By email at [email protected]
- By phone at 1800-811-2553
3. A refund request must include:
- The subscriber’s first and last name
- The subscriber’s email address
- The amount and date of the payment to be refunded
4. No refund is possible after the 31st day following the payment or renewal date.
5. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request to individuals who have already received a refund within the previous 12 months and have benefited from at least one of our products.
