Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscriptions
1. Benefits and access to videos are guaranteed for the entire duration of the subscription
2. It is possible to stop a subscription at any time (See Termination section). The end of the subscription will then take place at the end of the current period. For a monthly subscription for example, with a renewal on the 12th of the month, the end of the subscription will take place on the next 12th of the month, if the request is made at least 5 days before this date. For an annual subscription, the end will take place on the day and month corresponding to the end of the current year.
3. All renewals are automatic and are pre-authorized upon validation of the subscription form. No banking details are recorded. It is a secure organization (PayPal or Stripe) which is in charge of the recurring transaction.
4. The Tech Course is not responsible for recalling renewals. A refund request remains possible within 30 days (see the Refund section).

Termination
1. The refund request must be made a maximum of 30 days after the date of payment or renewal to be refunded.
2. The refund request must be made using one of the following means of communication:

3.The reimbursement request must be accompanied by:
- Name and first name of the subscriber
- Email of the subscriber
- Amount and date of the payment to be reimbursed
4. No refund is possible from the 31st day following the date of payment or renewal.
5. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request to people who have already benefited from it in the previous 12 months AND who have benefited from at least one of our products.
